The brief.

Banks, insurers, healthcare groups, and energy companies are deploying AI at scale into regulated processes — and their boards are accountable for systems most directors cannot inspect. The EU AI Act and sector regulators now expect genuine oversight, not deference to the technical team.

This programme equips directors to govern AI without being technologists. It covers EU AI Act compliance, model-risk governance, accountability frameworks, and the specific questions a non-technical director must be able to ask.

It is delivered by AI-policy academics, former regulators, and senior CISOs.
